The RFLH Program

Take your strength and endurance to the next level with the complete training team rolling program. Our scientific formulas personalise the program from the results of your baseline testing; no two people will have the same program. You will train 5-6 days a week, with at least 1 day of complete rest a week, and the rolling changes mean you can run this program non-stop for as long as you like. You will never be without training again.
