Scientifically designed
This program uses a test week to determine your current fitness level. Your training programme is then planned accordingly. This removes any guesswork: each rep, each weight, each interval is tailored to you.
Don't just pass Phase 1 - Smash it.
All of our coaches have been through Phase 1 training, across various UK Armed Forces. We know what it takes, and what it means to graduate.
Arriving at Phase 1 training 'fighting fit' will allow you to dedicate your time and effort into mastering the tactical and technical aspects of your job. It will also greatly reduce the chance of injury or backcoursing.
Avoid overtraining
Most people only prepare for Phase 1 once, that's why it's so easy to get the balance wrong. All too often, people arrive at Phase 1 burnt out or injured, making the course more difficult.
